Bracket can be used with new- and old-style fender nuts. Comes with a plastic step washer that reduces the hole to a 1/4" ID for early models with factory weld-in fender nuts. Bracket replaces OEM #s 51651-79 early and 51652-83B later style. Made in the U.S.A.
