Kuryakyn Laydown License Plate Holder and Backing Plate
Streamlines the look of your license plate. Mounts using the H-D standard 3-bolt pattern. The kit includes a rubber wedge so you can choose the angle of the license plate. It accepts most 4" x 7" license plates and all hardware is stainless steel.
