Lifts both bike wheels off the ground when in raised position. Lowers easily by lifting foot pedal. Constructed of box steel tubing for maximum strength. Semi-gloss black-painted finish. Finished with rubber end caps installed on all box tubing ends. 10 aircraft rivets secure a non-slip rubber top to a 10 1/2" X 12" reinforced steel top. 14" L x 15" W H-shaped base for maximum stability. Lowest height is 11 1/4" and raises to 17 1/4" by stepping on foot pedal. Weighs only 14 lbs.
