About the 2014 Harley-Davidson FLHX Street Glide
The 2014 FLHX Street Glide marked the debut of Project RUSHMORE, a massive overhaul of Harley-Davidson's touring lineup focused on improved power, braking, and rider comfort. It features the High Output Twin Cam 103 engine, a redesigned Batwing fairing with a Splitstream vent to reduce head buffeting, and the introduction of One-Touch saddlebag latches. This model year is highly regarded for modernizing the classic bagger platform with significantly stiffer 49mm front forks and a new infotainment suite.

- Braking System — Reflex Linked ABS was an optional upgrade on the base FLHX, whereas it was standard on the FLHXS.
