How It Works

1. Send us the competitor's price with this form.
2. We check it and email you our decision.
3. If it's approved, follow the link in our email. Your item goes in your cart with your price match applied.

The Rules

• Same item. Same brand, part number, size and colour, and new in its original packaging.
• A real competitor. A retailer that sells in Canadian dollars, ships to Canada and has the item in stock.
• A public price. Showing on their site now, with no login, coupon code or quote needed, and lower than our price.
• Item price only. We compare prices before tax. Our usual shipping and tax are added at checkout. A low price that relies on a high shipping charge doesn't qualify.
• Not eligible: third-party marketplace sellers and auctions (such as eBay, Kijiji or Amazon Marketplace), used, open-box, clearance or liquidation items, bundles, rebates, membership prices and pricing errors.
• In stock with us. The item must be available on our site.
• Before you buy. We can't adjust the price of an order that's already been placed.
• For personal use. Normal quantities only, not for resale.

We review every request. If we can't beat a price by the full 5%, we may offer a smaller discount instead. If we decline a request, we'll tell you why.
