The fingers open by squeezing the ends of the holder. The spine plate contains the universal AMPS and 1.5" x 2" hole patterns. Made in the U.S.A. NOTE: Does not come with ball mount adapter; use PART #0603-0472 to mount to RAM double-socket arm.
