RH2 Series

RT Series
Economical chain for street application with good performance and wear life. Carburized pins to reduce wear, and extended curl-formed bushings. Shot-peened rollers and sideplates provide high fatigue resistance. Gold color.
ZRP/ZRT Series
Z-ring design features the Z44 sealing rings, which greatly improve performance and wear life, making previous X-ring and Z-ring chains obsolete. 50% reduction in friction compared to traditional O-rings. Constant lubrication from special high-temperature grease in the critical pin/bushing area provides long life. High-carbon alloy pins to minimize wear and increased roller thickness to prolong durability. Thicker outer plates and quad-riveting for greater tensile strength. Gold color.
ZRE Z-Ring Chains
High-performance ZR chains with new patented Z44 seal Z-ring sections. Z-ring flexes when assembled, creating a spring effect that guarantees seal will not diminish over time. Z-ring section also provides enhanced chain flexibility. Features high-alloy steel plates and pins, solid bushings and rollers and shot-peened plates, pins and rollers. Pre-stretched to enhance performance. Clip-type and rivet-type links included. Gold color.
520 HPE Series Chain
The first maintenance-free chain. For medium and small displacement motorcycles. Eliminates the need of re-lubrication every 300 miles. Tetrahedral Amorphous Carbon (ta-C) coating on the bushings and rollers combines high hardness with a low coefficient of friction. Reduces energy dissipation and increases efficiency in the drive. Sprockets must be made of steel, but special coatings not required. Rivet master link. Tensile strength: 8,093 lbs./36.0 kN.
525 HPE Chains
