Yes, it uses the Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) system.
No, it does not have a factory reverse gear. Reverse is only standard on Harley-Davidson Trike models.
The engine requires 5.2 quarts (4.9 liters) of oil when changing the filter.
The standard Road King (FLHR) has chrome finishes, a windshield, and 17"/16" wheels. The Special (FLHRXS) is blacked out, has no windshield, stretched bags, mini-ape bars, and larger 19"/18" wheels.
The most effective fix is installing the Harley-Davidson primary vent kit, which allows the primary to breathe and prevents the vacuum that pulls oil from the transmission.
The recommended cold tire pressure is 36 PSI for the front and 40 PSI for the rear.
ABS was an optional feature for the 2018 FLHR. You can identify it by the sensor wire running down the front fork and the ABS light on the dash.
